Born and raised in Costa Rica, Eli is the Broker for Coldwell Banker Sunset Reef Realty. With over 6 years of specializing in real estate in the Nicoya peninsula, she has ample knowledge of Santa Teresa, Malpais, Montezuma, Tambor, and surrounding areas. She moved to Santa Teresa 9 years ago in order to further connect with nature and enjoy the beautiful coastline. Through her experiences and contacts, Eli has created several genuine connections to opportunities within the area. Additionally, Eli has a degree in Digital Photography and has become a master of the craft of architectural photography. Outside of real estate, she is a dedicated and loving mother of two, a purple belt holder in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, an avid mountain biker, and a StrongFirst certified fitness instructor. She loves good food and can give you all of the best restaurant recommendations in the area. Her primary motivation for starting this branch was to develop herself as a broker and business owner as well as use her expertise in this industry to benefit herself, her family, and the community as a whole.
