Emily Mitchell specializes in single tenant net-lease retail investments as well as mergers & acquisitions with an emphasis in restaurant dispositions and acquisitions nationwide. Ms. Mitchell works under the direction of Shawn Bakke, Senior Managing Director of Savills Studley. Emily's responsibilities include client communications, public relations, market research, data analysis, real estate valuation, enterprise valuation, sale leaseback analysis, contract preparation, escrow management, and specialized marketing services.

Emily joined Mr. Bakke's team in 2015 as a Marketing Coordinator while both were at the downtown Los Angeles office of Colliers International. Within six months, she was promoted to Senior Client Services Coordinator. Ms. Mitchell has successfully managed the marketing, contractual, and escrow related components of over 150 transactions totaling in excess of $350,000,000 located in over 25 states since joining Mr. Bakke's team.

Ms. Mitchell began her career in commercial real estate in 2011, initially working for a privately owned asset management & valuation services company based in Newport Beach, CA. Her experience there spanned across all CRE product types where she independently completed over 250 market based valuations, primarily prepared for lending purposes. Emily then transitioned to Colliers' South Bay office in 2014, where her work focused on the marketing and transactional aspects of tenant and landlord representation of industrial properties.
