Eric Frickle, SIOR, CCIM, ALC specializes in industrial real estate brokerage and development-oriented advisory within Corona and the broader Inland Empire region of Southern California. Over a 40-year career spanning brokerage and valuation, he has represented property owners, developers, investors, and industrial operators in transactions involving stabilized assets, transitional properties, and development-phase land.

His work includes industrial investment sales, owner-user acquisitions (including SBA-financed transactions), landlord and tenant leasing, sale-leaseback structuring, and industrial land brokerage. Particular emphasis is placed on development-sensitive transactions requiring feasibility analysis, zoning and entitlement coordination, and alignment of acquisition strategy with long-term exit or leasing objectives.
