Since joining the firm in 2013, Eric has focused on the management of some of Central Arkansas’ premier medical buildings, office buildings, and retail centers representing major healthcare providers, national banking institutions, international investment firms, local physicians and investors. He coordinates overall management, leasing activities, construction management and financial oversight. His current portfolio consists of more than 1.7 million square feet. In 2017, Eric was selected by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) to be a member of the inaugural Next-Gen CPM Leadership Class. As one of 20 young professionals from around the United States, Eric was awarded the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in less than 18 months.
