Erica Taylor is the Vice President of WESTMAC Commercial Brokerage Company. She prides herself in being a dedicated and accomplished sales professional who values the cultivation and management of business relationships. Ms. Taylor is a creative thinker skilled in identifying opportunities and developing strategies to extract value and achieve results. Her focus is on facilitating the sale and leasing of office and retail properties for both Tenant and Landlord representation.

Born and raised in Southern California, Ms. Taylor has a vast understanding of the Los Angeles market and beyond. She attended the University of San Diego where she played NCAA Division I volleyball and earned double Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Finance and Real Estate. Ms. Taylor earned the USD Trustee Scholarship and the Real Estate Alumni Association Scholarship. In addition, she was a Board Member for the Real Estate Society and a USD team member in the 2013 University of Southern California Real Estate Case Competition.

Ms. Taylor’s continuing involvement with Augusta Communities, a 501(c)3, nonprofit housing organization that specializes in the acquisition and operation of manufactured housing opportunities, has broadened her competency in underwriting, sales negotiating, governmental relations, and capital improvement management.
