Erik grew up in Silicon Valley and naturally gravitated to IT after graduating from UC Berkeley with a degree in psychology. During his 20+ year career in Information Technology Erik founded 2 businesses and worked with a wide range of companies ranging from cutting edge internet startups in Silicon Valley to Fortune-500 firms around the world. Over the years Erik became infatuated with real estate. He worked as a commercial agent in Arizona with Parke Commercial where he focused on the sales and leasing of office and industrial properties in the Phoenix metro.

This serial entrepreneur who’s bought and sold several businesses in various industries began investing in residential properties in 2007. Over the years he’s acquired, rehabbed, managed and sold dozens of properties in Colorado, California, Florida, Virginia and DC. Erik realized in 2016 that flipping homes was more work than he had the bandwidth for and started a company that acquires and manages large apartment complexes in the Southeast and Midwest.

Erik attributes most of his success largely in part due to his ability to network effectively. This serial networker has established relationships with many investors, private equity firms and related professionals that ensure deals get done. As a real estate investor and business broker Erik realized the value of having a real estate license and due to his personality and work ethic he searched for a firm that offered a Cloud platform that had the tools and resources which would allow him to help his clients and fellow investors buy and sell commercial properties. Erik is currently licensed in Virginia and focuses primarily on the purchase and sale of multifamily and industrial properties throughout the state. He will soon be licensed in Florida which he is intimately familiar from his prior business and investing experience.
