Erik Moloney is an Investment Sales Professional with Ariel Property Advisors. He is responsible for executing exclusive listings and facilitating business development initiatives throughout New York City and is involved in marketing an array of asset classes, including multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, commercial and development.

Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Moloney held marketing positions at several residential real estate firms.

Mr. Moloney holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the O’Malley School of Business at Manhattan College where he earned a number of academic honors as a student. He is currently pursuing an MBA at Manhattan College and serves as the President of the Real Estate Club. His interests include real estate development, investment, entrepreneurship, management and health and wellness.
