Since joining Cushman & Wakefield’s Wilmington, DE office in 2006, Ernie Felici, Jr. has focused his efforts throughout the Delaware and Maryland Region concentrating on leasing and sales of office and institutional grade warehouse and manufacturing industrial product, along with the acquisition. Mr. Felici, a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Land Practice Group, has been integral in the disposition of land in various stages of development and zoning.
