Eva has joined LandQwest Commercial as Senior Associate, specializing in retail, for the Orlando Division.

Prior to joining LandQwest Commercial, Eva’s experience in commercial real estate focused on landlord representation. At Southern Management and Development, she was responsible for fourteen retail shopping centers successfully completing fifty-five transactions. At Quest Company of Central Florida, Inc., she represented eleven properties with a mix of office, retail and industrial.

Eva is driven in building effective business relationships with landlords, tenants, prospects and clients alike. She is known for her positive attitude while communicating on all levels of each real estate transaction.

Prior to her commercial real estate career, Eva was in residential property management overseeing multiple properties including tax credit and distressed multifamily housing.
