Victor Fayez is a Broker Associate and Investment Specialist with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group – Commercial Division. Victor brings over 20 years of experience in Tampa Bay area real estate, specializing in income investment, multi-family, hospitality and retail real estate transactions.
Victor came to Florida Properties Group with a wealth of management and sales experience in the hospitality, financial services and real estate fields. He has been instrumental in a number of multi-million dollar real estate transactions in the Tampa Bay area. Victor has established and maintains strong connections with investors in the Tampa Bay area, the Middle East and parts of Europe.
Victor is an alumnus of the University of Illinois in Chicago. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Upon graduating from UICC, Victor worked for Bankers Life and Casualty, and John Hancock Insurance companies where he held management positions. Victor has also completed graduate coursework in International Relations at the University of South Florida.
Victor maintains memberships with the National Association of REALTORS© and the Florida Gulfcoast Association of Realtors, where he has been recipient of the President’s Club, Elite Circle and Pinnacle awards. As a member of the Florida International Council, Victor accompanied Florida’s (then) Governor Bob Graham on a tour of South America to promote business relationship between Florida and South American countries.
Victor is certified Community Associate Manager, and a Board Member of the Severs Landing Homeowner’s Association. He is an active member of the Palm Harbor community, maintains a YMCA membership and enjoys the Florida outdoors with a bit of golf and weekend yard work.
Born in Jerusalem, Palestine, Victor speaks and writes Arabic fluently. Victor and his wife, Cynthia, are long-time residents of Palm Harbor, Florida. The couple, married for 50 years, have raised two children, Sam and Emily, and now enjoying their two grandchildren.
