FD Bell is an Associate Broker with Bowers & Burns Real Estate Co., serving land, commercial, and residential clients. She is also founder and Director of Academy of Land Specialists, a real estate education school approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

FD's real estate career began in the late ‘90’s representing clients in commercial real estate transactions in Central Florida for St. Joe Company‘s - Arvida Commercial which was acquired by Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT. After establishing a presence in commercial real estate with a focus on land, FD expanded her knowledge in the commercial real estate industry as a southeast regional manager for the CIT Group, an international commercial lending group. As an experienced lender of USDA, SBA, B&I, conventional commercial and land lending products, she established an analytical edge that would later become a great benefit to her real estate clients throughout the southeastern United States.

FD has earned her Broker’s license in multiple states. She is 2016 Past President of Georgia Chapter REALTORS® Land Institute, a member of the East Metro Board of REALTORS®, Georgia Association REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, and Georgia MLS.

FD is the founder and Director of Academy of Land Specialists, a Georgia Real Estate Commission approved school, which assists in structuring land courses for continuing education credits for Georgia licensees. She is also an active committee member of NAR's Professional Development Committee and Realtors Land Institute Educational Committee.
