Upon graduating from San Diego State University, Filip began his career in finance as a financial advisor. In 2011 he transitioned to investment real estate at the Encino office of Marcus & Millichap. Filip's primary focus is on apartment buildings in Los Angeles, particularly the San Fernando Valley.


Filip is known for maximizing value for his clients through his hard work, honesty, and integrity. He is involved in every step of the transaction, from underwriting and determining property value, preparing detailed marketing packages, and qualifying buyers through aggressive marketing efforts, to coordinating all inspections, securing financing when needed, and ultimately closing escrow.

In his spare time Filip enjoys spending time with his friends and family, traveling and trying new things.
