Flavia Kanyago is a graduate of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University’s School of Business and Industry. She is currently serving clients in the Tallahassee and the North Florida market as an Associate Director with Front Street, focusing on tenant and landlord representation. Flavia is involved with organizations such as Urban Land Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers. She is also a member of the Tallahassee Chamber of commerce. Flavia takes pride in being part of the Front Street Invested committee where she can be directly involved with supporting cause-related organizations in Tallahassee. Flavia is proud to represent clients in North Florida. She has tenant representation relationships in multiple markets in Florida's Panhandle; Flavia has had the pleasure of representing fascinating concepts such as Noire The Nail Bar, Patients First, EDR Trust, and more. Flavia has also represented properties owned by regional and national owners, including Regency Centers.

In addition to her hard work, Flavia is heavily involved with the real estate programs at FAMU and FSU. Flavia helped found the first real estate program at Florida A & M University. She continues to be personally involved with the organization by coaching students and encouraging internships and appreciation for the complexities of the commercial real estate industry. Flavia has accumulated years of experience in commercial real estate through working with companies such as Publix Supermarkets Inc., where she worked with the Real Estate strategy team. She also worked with Crossman and Company's leasing team.
