Bio

Fletcher has evaluated, participated in and closed 100’s of commercial real estate projects from site selection, valuation and structuring acquisitions to repositioning, developing, leasing and disposing of assets. He has successfully navigated through the highest and lowest of the market cycles.
During the S&L Crisis, Fletcher was part of a national team that acquired RTC distressed portfolios across the country. During the land boom times, he worked with builders, developers, individuals, funds and family offices, evaluating and trading tracts of land throughout the Southeast. With the 2007+ recession, he shifted back to distressed assets, specializing in the purchase and sale of packaged finished lots and incomplete multi and single family developments. When the economy rebounded, Fletcher re-focused on investment sales of offices and warehouses.
Today, Fletcher is dedicated to serving the middle market - individuals, private investors, family offices and small to mid-sized companies. His primary practice areas include the leasing, sale and purchase of office and industrial properties; as well as investment (acquisition and) sales of any type property that is (or could be) generating income and/or back-end return.
Originally from Gainesville, Fletcher has lived and raised (with his wife’s help) four children in Palm Beach County since 1984. He received a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law (1984), and a B.A. from Tulane University (1981). He enjoys spending his free time staying active in the outdoors with family and friends, with activities ranging from boating and saltwater fishing to snow skiing and “adventure” vacations. He has served the community through many years of coaching youth league baseball and football as well as volunteering and assisting with speech and debate programs at the middle and high school levels.
