Floyd Q Armbrister is a graduate of the Exuma Senior High School. He is a founding member and Past President of the Exuma Chamber of Commerce and Past Chairman of the Exuma Licensing Authority. Mr. Armbrister is a founding member of the Bahamas Mortgage Brokers Association.

He is a former bank manager and has worked in the financial service and real estate industry for over 39 years. He is an appraiser, a broker/member of the Bahamas Real Estate Association, license number 0471 admitted May 2000.Mr. Armbrister has been awarded the designation BRI( Bahamas Real Estate Institute): a prerequisite course presented by The Bahamas Real Estate Association and the National Real Estate Association of America as a qualifier for ones broker licenses. Mr. Armbrister has completed many Certified Residential Specialist courses in an effort to keep current in the industry, and he is among the first (class of May/2007) to be certified in the Ninja Selling concept outside the USA.

He has prepared appraisals for all leading lending institutions in The Bahamas.

His appraisals are accepted both nationally and internationally be lending institutions, insurance firms, legal firms and accountants.
