Since 2012, Garen has been in commercial real estate focusing exclusively in Office and Retail. Since joining Sperry Van Ness in 2016, he is focused in the Los Angeles County providing clients with the best possible service by being diligent and knowledgeable individual and focusing on Investment Sales and Leasing. He is working on numerous listings including a Power Shopping Center. Garen received a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.

Prior to entering commercial real estate he has worked in different industries (civil engineering, financial, technical and sales).
