As a Co-Founder and current Vice President of Blue Capital Properties, Strohmaier manages the firm’s brokerage & property management divisions.

Prior to Blue Capital, Garrett joined Kidder Mathews as an Associate in 2017. He focused on the disposition & leasing of multi-tenant office & retail properties within the Sacramento Region & Stockton, CA. Additionally, Strohmaier represented his clients in the acquisition of investment properties within California.

Garrett operates creatively and cares most about creating value for portfolios. Strohmaier’s experience includes the sale & leasing of retail, office, medical office, mixed-use, multifamily, and land properties.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Strohmaier gained his passion for real estate while interning with Heller Pacific, a leading Sacramento infill development company, while in college.

Garrett earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & a Minor in Religious Studies from Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH.
