Gagnon Real Estate Development, LLC was formed by Gary Gagnon, a Florida resident who has been around the real estate market his entire life. Gary's family has been in Real Estate Development since the 1930's. Gary's Grandfather Mathias, was a business owner who developed Hotels, Multi-Family Apartment Buildings and Retail for many years. His father Richard, also owned and operated a large amount of Multi-Family and Retail Properties throughout his life. Gary has chosen to follow his
families footsteps by creating Gagnon Development, LLC. Gary has been actively involved in Real Estate since 1990 and has personal experience in owning and operating Multi-Family Apartment Buildings as well as other various businesses and contracting companies.
Gary also specializes in Commercial Income Producing Property in Central Florida.
