Gary started in the real estate business in Modesto, CA in 1973, and in 1990 decided to focus solely on commercial sales and leasing.
Since 1990, Gary has represented hundreds of commercial, industrial and investment properties in the Central Valley of California. Gary has worked with clients from Sacramento to Fresno and from Tracy to the eastern foothils of the Central Valley.
In representing commercial and investment clients, it is important to understand the clients knowledge and experience, geographical preference and product type preferences. When analzing investment properties it is essential to be able to understand complex Leases, analyze income and expense information, research comparable sales and capitalization rates, assess physical condition and understand debt structuring.
Gary is aware that Buyers and Sellers of commercial and investment properties are interested in reducing risk, increasing returns and maximizing profit. Gary's experience along with a unique ability to see future potential of a property has helped his clients make smart real estate investments.
