Gladys Madison is a proud San Francisco native, raised by her conservative Texas grandparents who selflessly emptied their life savings to relocate to California. She grew up watching them build a respected name in San Francisco real estate and fund the establishment of the first community college in the Bayview District. To this day, her grandfather’s mural remains displayed in the community center as a lasting tribute to their belief that education should be accessible to all—and that building strong neighborhoods requires collective effort.

Though both grandparents passed away while Gladys was still in grade school, she made a personal promise to carry on their legacy.

With her older sister being her backbone and also having a background in property management & real estate herself, they both continued the real estate legacy their grand parents left them. While in school Gladys immersed herself in sports, art, animal husbandry, and poetry. She was accepted into UC Davis, where she worked a variety of jobs to support herself through college. Her first major achievement in sales involved marketing and establishing a new, up-and-coming dog food brand. It was during this experience that she discovered her passion for sales, particularly the opportunity to promote products she genuinely believed in.

After earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Social Development in 2010, Gladys was accepted into the “Manager in Training” program at Enterprise Rent-A-Car—a role that launched her successful career in large-scale vehicle sales. Over the next 15+ years, she specialized in marketing and selling automobiles, the second-largest investment most people make after purchasing a home.
