Gordon is a Delaware native and earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware. He brings over 20 years of commercial real estate expertise inclusive of appraisal, consulting, and commercial lending. His appraisal, market study and financial feasibility study experience was primarily for mergers and acquisition purposes.

This knowledge represents hundreds of properties throughout the country and over $1 billion in transactional assets. Mr. Winegar previously earned a Certified General Real Estate License. Gordon is currently active in landlord/tenant representation for leasing for office, retail and industrial users. Additionally, he practices in owner/user and investment sales.
