Greg Aldridge, a senior advisor at SVN Raven, has a strong history of commercial retail experience and know-how specializing in retail landlord representation, tenant representation and sales/ acquisition of commercial retail property. His career began in Dallas Tx, working for local developer Hopkins Shafer as a project leasing agent later specializing in restaurant brokerage finding sites for California Pizza Kitchen, Fox n Hound Sports Grills and Brinker International Restaurants. He later went to word for United Commercial Realty exclusively representing national restaurant brand like Qdoba Mexican Restaurants and Einstein’s Bros. Bagel’s handling initial “rollout” into the Dallas Ft Worth market. Also at UCR Greg pre-leased notable urban mixed use developments like Mockingbird Station and project leasing agent for Casa Linda Plaza and Whiterock Market Place. In 2000’s he joined longtime friend and retail developer Erik Mays at Mays & Company, a prefered developer for Kinko’s, Tractor Supply Company and CVS Drug Stores where he was responsible for new business acquisition bringing Tractor Supply Company and CVS as build-to-suite clients and overseeing site selection process in markets throughout Texas and Oklahoma, later selling these assets via 1031 Exchange transactions. Greg started his own real estate company in Taos NM forming commercial development company Focus Retail LLC doing notable “firsts” in Taos. The first sit down casual nationally branded restaurant – Applebee’s and the first national chain drug store- Walgreen’s in addition to other land development projects and commercial sales.
