Bio

Greg is the Broker and President of Herb Real Estate, Inc. with offices in Boyertown & Pottstown, PA. Greg has been in the real estate industry since 1979. He holds an associate degree with a major in real estate and has earned the designations of ABR, CRB, CRS, GREEN and GRI.


Greg has kept abreast through the vastly changing environment of real estate through his commitment to continued education in order to better serve his customers and clients as well as his continued involvement within the industry. Greg served on the Board of Directors and was past-president of the Montgomery County Association of Realtors as well as being on the Board of Directors for the Realtors Legislative Alliance. On the state level he was the President of the PA Assoc. of Realtors in 2009 and was awarded the PA REALTOR of the Year in 2010. He has chaired and served on many committees including Executive, Finance, RPAC Trustees, Keystone Analytics, Legislative, Business Issues, Â Issues Mobilization, Legal Action Fund, Headquarters and Staffing Committee and continues to serve as a Director for the PA Assoc. of Realtors. Â In 2012 he was awarded the REALTOR Active in Politics Award.

On the national level Greg has served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors since 1999 and has served on many committees including the Executive Committee, REALTORS Party Member Involvement, Federal Housing, Risk Management, Business Issues and Institute and Affiliates. In 2010 he served as Regional Vice President serving Region 2, PA, NY and NJ. In 2012, Greg was presented with the Federal Political Coordinator Meritorious Service Award and in 2013 was entered into the RPAC Hall of Fame. Additionally, Greg has served on the Board of Directors for the CRB (Real Estate Brokerage Manager Council) and was the National President in 2005.

Greg has served on community organizations including the Board of Directors for the YMCA, Ambucs, The United Way, and the Boy Scouts of America, Hawk Mountain Council, where he received the Silver Beaver Award. He is also a member of the Tri-County Chamber of Commerce, Building a Better Boyertown and Berks-Mont Business Association. Currently he serves as President of the Boyertown Area Education Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)3 Corp.
