Bio

I was born in La Mesa, California in 1964. As a child I attended Ulysses S. Grant Elementary School in Mission Hills, San Diego. Then I attended Roosevelt Junior High School in the Hillcrest area. In 1982 I graduated from Point Loma Senior High School with Academic Distinction.
In 1986 I graduated from U.C.S.D. with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. My real estate career started in 1987 at Century 21 Sandpiper Realtors in Serra Mesa. In 1991 I received a Multiple Subject Professional Clear Teaching Credential from U.C.S.D. From 1991 through 1995 I worked as a substitute teacher in several school districts throughout San Diego County.
In late 1995 I moved to Fremantle, Western Australia and I worked as a high school mathematics instructor for the Education Department of Western Australia in Perth, Western Australia until October of 2001.
In late 2001 I returned to the United States and gained employment with Prudential California Realty. In 2006 I earned my Real Estate Broker’s License from the State of California.
I am very comfortable with commercial and residential sales and leases. My closed transactions include many multi-million dollar apartment buildings, commercial buildings downtown, and commercial leases. Currently, I am a member of the very successful Russell Elrod team and have been for about ten years. I have been employed in the Mission Hills Office for twelve years thus far.
In addition to my Real Estate Broker’s License, I possess the Series 7 and Series 63 Stockbroker’s Licenses. I have earned the Commercial Real Estate Specialist (C.R.E.S.) Designation.
My hobbies include playing the guitar, fishing, reading literature, and photography. I am married to my wonderful wife, Sarina, and I have two beautiful daughters, Christina and Annalisa.
