With over 25 years of personal experience in the retail, industrial & automotive industry, he is highly experienced in planning, executing, and evaluating sound business portfolios. Before owning his own Real Estate Company, for seven years Gus worked at Prudential Commercial, and worked for Prudential Tropical Realty as the sole commercial agent in its Port Richey office. A long time resident of the Tampa Bay area, Gus gained firsthand experience as a private investor buying & selling commercial real estate for over 20 years including business brokerage. This experience provided him with insight into market trends and sales techniques, which, combined with his understanding of pricing strategies and negotiating skills are an unbeatable combination in today's complex real estate environment. Gus spent many years traveling the world in the maritime industry and speaks several foreign languages including Arabic & Hebrew. He enjoys fishing, boating and working out in the gym.
