Hal has been active in Commercial Real Estate and a Commercial Real Estate Broker since 1982, establishing Cardinal Realty Group in 2004, and has managed, leased, and sold office, retail, industrial, investment, residential, and commercial real estate. Hal has a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Management from Webster University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), and a past board member of the St. Louis CCIM Chapter. Hal is also Past President of Webster Groves Chamber of Commerce along with being 2000 Business Person of the Year for the City of Webster Groves.
