Heath E. Charamuga is a Senior Vice President with Colliers International and heads the areas Institutional Sales Group. Mr. Charamuga is focused on the sale of investment transactions, which include retail, office and industrial properties, concentrating in the Western U.S.

He is a member of the Colliers Investment Services Group (CISG), an affiliation of 40+ of Colliers' top and most experienced investment sales professionals representing Billions in sales annually.
He is the regional head of the Colliers Asset Resolutions Team (CART), and over sees a 6 member team provided BOV and disposition services to receivers throughout the United States

Mr. Charamuga's credentials feature 20 years of capital market transaction experience facilitating sales of office, industrial, retail and multi-family throughout the United States. He has personally consummated transactions of over 8 million square feet with a value of over $1.3 billion
