Holly Boren is a Licensed Real Estate Broker from the U.S. She was born a Southern gal from Texas that grew up in Dallas and Tyler, Texas area and also transplanted to the Colorado Rockies for a decade. Holly’s unique resume includes General Contractor for Holly Boren Construction for 15 years where she ran multiple crews. She has designed, built, flipped, sold, staged, property managed and done interior decorating for thousands of families, developments, and restaurants. Holly has been involved on the local and national level of Home Builder’s Association’s since 1997. She has been involved with the Parade of Homes where thousands have toured through her homes. Southern Living Magazine voted her “Top Female Home Builder” in the State of Texas, not only for her building abilities but also for the way she chooses to live her life helping others and her community. She is definitely a team player, very detailed and her desire to listen to the dreams of others makes her top in her field. In 2007, she left Texas for the Rocky Mountains to the incredible ski resort of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. There she owned and operated three furniture stores, design firm with a full staging department. Holly has raised 5 wonderful children (one being a Sotheby’s Broker in Steamboat, Colorado) and has 4 beautiful grandchildren. Holly loves to scuba dive, cook (with wine ?), snow ski, and travel. In 2013 she bought a 37 ft. Endeavour Sloop sailboat (without any lessons or any sailing experience) and she took off for months leaving Boot Key Harbor in Marathon, Florida sailing through the Bahamas, the coast of the Eleuthera Islands, and down into the Exumas. It was an adventure of a lifetime that left her longing to be in the islands permanently. Holly says she feels so blessed to have traveled all over the world but to live in the Colorado Rockies AND the Caribbean is her dream come true! She went back to the Rockies after sailing and as the snow fell again for the next 7 months the islands and ocean started calling her again. That call was San Pedro, Ambergris Caye.
