Conway Capital is a private real estate investment and management organization with offices in New York City and Tel Aviv, Israel. We currently own and manage over 500,000 square feet of space consisting of primarily retail space. With our retail roots well established in urban markets we look to acquire well-located properties primarily in high trafficked urban areas. Our team is actively involved in all aspects of our property repositioning from construction to lease-up.
Conway Capital seeks to acquire urban retail properties in areas with strong demand, high traffic locations, close proximity to public transportation and either have a strong cash flow potential or a strong repositioning potential. Our banking relationships and access to equity have allowed us to respond quickly to new opportunities and capitalize on undervalued assets. We are currently targeting properties in all major markets throughout the United States, Canada and Israel.
