Jack opened and leads the Salt Lake City, UT office for SRS Real Estate Partners, the largest real estate brokerage firm in the US for Retail specifically and the leader in the NNN Sale space. He is based between Salt Lake City, Utah and his residence in Encinitas, CA / SRS San Diego, CA office. He received Top Producer awards in 2021 and 2022. In 2024, he was the #1 agent companywide for January and February. His team is highly specialized, capable, and focused on mid-market seller representation of investment sales - typically NNN Retail, Industrial, Shopping Centers, Strip Centers, GSA Properties, Medical assets, sale-leasebacks and land sales.

Jack is typically retained to sell commercial real estate due his broad and aggressive marketing campaigns and materials, proactive approach, ability to source offers from all around the country, expert negotiation skills, and priority of putting his clients first. Since Jack joined SRS in 2018, the team has sold over $18+ Billion dollars of Commercial Real Estate around the US. Jack's affiliates have brokerage licenses in every US state therefore he can transact anywhere and has sold property in 35 US states thus far. Jack is 31 years old, has 9 years of transactional real estate experience, and looks forward to a long career in the space.

He enjoys raising equity for developer clients and is always interested to hear of new investment opportunities. He has a pipeline of new construction development listings, for tenants like Wawa, Starbucks, Raising Canes, McDonald's, Chipotle, Sleep Number, EOS Fitness, etc.

In 2019, he became a franchisee of Take 5 Oil Change in Utah with his partner Jared Whatcott. As of 2024, they have 4 stores open with 6-8 more slated to open in the next 3 years.

Jack is a member of ICSC, NAIOP, and the Association for Corporate Growth. Annually, he attends ICSC Las Vegas, NV & NYC and the ICON Industrial Conference in Long Beach, CA and NYC, as well as local Utah NAIOP events.
