Jack Priske has been active in commercial real estate throughout Texas for over a decade. Prior to joining Retail Solutions, he worked for his family business, Priske Development, and for national investment sales firm, Marcus & Millichap (M&M).

Consequently, Jack has expertise in many areas that go into investment sales, acquisitions, and dispositions: debt, equity, NOI evaluations, construction, maintenance, marketing, 1031 exchanges, title work, lease abstracts, and a host of property management issues. This unique, well-rounded, first-hand experience on both the broker and principal side of the fence lends Jack the ability to be of superior service to his clients as he has been and continues to be in their shoes with commercial investments and the important decisions a property owner faces every day.

Jack is a proud graduate of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
