Jack’s primary focus is representing national retailers in their expansion and overall real estate portfolio needs. Jack has been responsible for exclusively representing many national tenants in their entry into Michigan such as Top Golf, Nordstrom Rack, Vitamin Shoppe and Visionworks among others. Some of Jack’s clients include: Dollar Tree, Top Golf, Guitar Center, Music & Arts, The Vitamin Shoppe, Nordstrom Rack, JoAnn Stores, Shoe Carnival, Tropical Smoothie Café, and Visionworks among others. Jack has also assisted numerous retailers throughout the Midwest with their real estate needs and in addition is also responsible for third party shopping center leasing and site selection for various developers. Jack’s knowledge of numerous markets throughout the Midwest makes him a valuable asset to his retailers.

Prior to the inception of Mid-America Real Estate Michigan, Inc. in February 2011, Jack worked at Lormax Properties for 16 years. During his time at Lormax, Jack was instrumental in growing the Tenant Representation portion of the company. He also was heavily involved in the pre-leasing of new shopping center developments throughout the Midwest. Jack’s market knowledge, attention to detail and strong industry relationships that assist him in providing his clients with top notch service.

He is a graduate of Michigan State University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
