Jake was born and raised in Santa Rosa, CA and later attended the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Early in his career he specialized in lease administration and property management for Crown Fortune Properties, Inc. managing a mixed use portfolio across Northern California. He later moved to Hanford Freund & Company in San Francisco and managed transactional activity and lease administration for a diverse portfolio in excess of one million square feet of commercial and mixed use property. Jake has had extensive experience in residential and commercial leasing, and all facets of property management including complex residential rent control laws, commercial lease negotiations, CAM/NNN matters, capital improvements, and real estate transactions.
