James Courtney, is a native Southern Californian with over 25 years of real estate and finance experience. As a previous business owner, James understands the importance of properly evaluating a business and understands the accounting measures needed to not only operate a business, but sustain personal wealth.
He has owned and managed Residential Real Estate, & Commercial/Residential Mortgage Company. James started his real estate career in 1993 and has worked in commercial real estate selling multifamily units, businesses brokerage, and real estate/commercial financing. He has established relationships as with members of multiple organizations including California Association of Business Brokers, National Association of Real Estate Brokers, CCIM, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and achieved Certification as a Franchise Consultant.
James has helped business owners sell their properties, finance their business, & establish Working Capital. He has an appetite for helping Investors and business owners reach their goals. Spending most of his time collaborating with Franchise owners, Commercial Real Estate Investors, Single & Multi -Tenant Property Owners James puts his clients interest ahead of his own. Having clients who respects his diligence and efforts to get things done, has helped James sustain long term relationships and dignity in this industry.
