JAMES DEVINCENTI and his business partner Brad Lagomarsino lead a team of highly qualified professionals specializing in multi-family, mixed use and commercial investment sales and portfolio dispositions in San Francisco (and the Greater Bay Area). As an Executive Vice President of the Multifamily Investment Services Group, James, and his partner Brad, have completed commercial real estate investment sales valued in excess of $3.375 Billion, totaling over 13,000 residential and/or commercial units. James' career in commercial real estate started in 1985 in Southern California where he worked for a commercial real estate developer and broker for 8 years prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in San Francisco.



In 1993 James Joined Marcus & Millichap as an associate to focus on investment property sales. In 1995 he was promoted to Senior Associate and in 2000 was promoted to Senior Investment Associate. In 2005, he was elected to Vice President of Investments. In 2008, James was elevated to the elite designation of Senior Vice President of Investments (1 of 25 at Marcus & Millichap Nationwide). His career accomplishments include ranking among the Top "10" Nationwide 3 Times and among the Top "30" Nationwide 4 times.

He earned the prestigious "Chairman's Circle of Excellence" twice and the "Chairman's Club Award" five times. James gained membership to the firm's "Seven-Figure Club" in 1999 and the "Eight-Figure Club" in 2012. James has earned an impressive tally of 17 sales recognition awards.



In 2013, after 20 years with Marcus & Millichap, James and his business partner Brad, moved their team to Colliers International’s San Francisco office to help run and grow the Multi-Family Investment Services Group. James & Brad went on to become "The Top Selling Apartment Brokerage Team in San Francisco for 2012-2013, 2014 & 2016". "They were also the Number One Multifamily Brokerage Team for 2013 at Colliers International - North America. In 2017 James Devincenti & his partner Brad Lagomarsino were awarded individual Everest Awards as the top 10 of all brokers in the entire America’s at Colliers International.



James attended Montgomery College, where he studied advertising art. He and his wife, Deborah, have two Daughters: Chloe, 19 and Sophie, 16.
