James McCall has been actively involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years. As the principal of a mortgage company, a Massachusettes restaurant owner, and a commercial property landlord, James has extensive business knowledge and experience with commercial real estate transactions, investment analysis, and asset management.

Currently with CBC NRT in Connecticut, James services all areas of the State, with a focus in the New Haven County market. Growing up in Norwalk, CT. James attended the University of Connecticut and graduated with a degree in finance. While in the Boston area he attended Harvard University where he opened an upscale restaurant in the area. He currently manages property in Westbrook, CT, is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, and the Greater New Haven/Middlesex County Board of Realtors.

James presently resides in Cheshire Connecticut and enjoys giving back to the community through his volunteer work in the local school system, where his wife is a School Teacher. He is involved with various youth sports hockey teams in the New Haven area.

James has a sound perspective of the diverse markets throughout the State. He looks forward to assisting his clients with commercial selling, acquisition, and/or leasing needs.
