I am a Real Estate Executive with over 30 years of experience in Asset Management, Financial Analysis, and all facets of Real Estate Development. I have significant amount of knowledge in conceiving, developing, and executing strategies that drive revenues, growth and value. I have direct experience in international business dealings, financial and real property analysis, financial consulting, venture capital, private equity investors, and all types of commercial real estate. My strong background has allowed me to lead successful multi-million dollar acquisitions, developments and projects. I enjoy financial and real property analysis utilizing my experience in accounting, math, auditing and balance of draws and disbursements, along with financial feasibility, packaging of project to investors and financial institutions.

I am interested in early stage startups as well as mature companies. Throughout my career in senior level Executive Positions with multiple leaders within diverse industries, I have earned a track record of success in managing complex business initiatives and achieving exceptional rather than expected results. I enjoy hard work, travel, complex challenges to get the project completed. Currently I serve as Broker and Director of Real Estate for Berkshire Hathaway Ambassador Commercial Real Estate and Development. Along with sales and leasing, I perform real estate investment analysis for company projects and assisting clients to determine cost, feasibility, and risks for acquisitions, liquidation, and development on multiple types of real estate.
