I also help small to medium size business with general commercial real estate transactions including buying, selling and investing.
I combine my background in Project/Program Management with my current real estate experience to provide my customers with a very broad based background that allows me to understanding the entire business process around the real estate transaction. Financials, HR, Operations, Legal, Marketing can all be a part of the real estate process for a company and my background allows me the ability to work within multiple levels of an organization to successfully negotiate all the stakeholder requirements.
