Jason Evanchak is the broker and owner of Realty Corner, a boutique real estate firm in Reno Nevada. In addition, he is a licensed Realtor, Property Manager, Community Association Manager and Business Broker. His firm currently manages residential single and multifamily, university student housing, commercial retail, and commercial office space. He has over twenty-five years of service in the greater Northern Nevada geography.
In just five short years, Jason has grown the property management business segment from just over 100 doors, to nearly 500, and is nearing completion of an acquisition that will put over 700 doors under his firm’s management.
With formal management training from the Marriott Corporation early in his career, Jason has leveraged that experience into a Venture Capital backed start-up; the arena of industrialdistribution; executive leadership, and regional management of the Western United States and Canada serving the heavy equipment construction trades.
Jason's talent for evaluating existing programs, identifying opportunities, developing and implementing innovative solutions through a strong analytical approach has fueled his personal and professional growth. He has applied his talents and abilities in various arenas of strategic business leadership, consultative sales management, and marketing execution, including consulting engagements for corporations ranging in size from 1 to 1,000 employees and annual revenues over $100 million.
Jason is considered to be a resourceful, creative, and solutions-oriented person who is able to develop new and innovative approaches to the marketplace. He possesses a servant leader’s heart and has a tenacious appetite for growth.
