Bio

In the Real Estate industry since 2010. Both my parents were hard workers and instilled in me a very strong work ethic. That has carried into my adult life and into my career in Real Estate. I graduated from Spring Hill College in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Business degree. And went on to pursue my Masters of Business Administration completing that degree in 2002. After college, I worked for a number of years in Computer Software. After several successful entrepreneurial ventures, I began trying my hand at Real Estate and bought and sold properties for myself. After the experience that I have had with buying and selling Real Estate, I wanted to use my experience to help others have positive outcomes in Real Estate. I work with buyers and sellers in all price ranges. I enjoy what I do regardless of price. I know that if I work hard on every sale and provide excellent service for buyers and sellers I will be successful. Every real estate transaction is different and I have the knowledge and experience to handle the curve balls that buyers and sellers may encounter. I view my job as more service oriented than sales oriented. I strive to be Honest, Ethical, Hardworking and Dependable and provide the highest level of service possible. About me and my Family I love living in Mobile and on the Gulf Coast with my wife and three children. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. My wife and I grew up here and currently live in Mobile. I enjoy the outdoors, especially camping with my children in our Cub Scout unit. We also enjoy boating, fishing, sailing, and many other outdoor activities. There are several reasons I think that I have been successful 1.) I'm a hard worker. 2.) I am very patient. I know that buying AND/OR selling real estate can sometimes be stressful. It is not something to be rushed or pressured into. 3.) I stay in touch with buyers and sellers and keep them informed and educated. As a listing agent, I am not going to put your listing in MLS and never be heard from again. 4.) I'm accessible. 5.) I'm a good problem solver. If a deal falls thru, it's not because I haven't exhausted just about every possible solution to make it work. 6.) It's not about just making a sale.
