Jean transitioned from corporate banking and insurance after witnessing the growth opportunities that lie in real estate. He decided to pivot in his career but continues to put his financial acumen to work as principal partner at ResCom Realty.

Utilizing his keen eye for numbers amongst his deep understanding of real estate, Jean chose to focus his career on investment properties—purchasing, selling, rehabbing, and exploring and executing creative financing. He works alongside residential and commercial investors, respectively, discovering properties that allow them to attain their combined goals. Jean is an expert at negotiating terms while he keeps a firm eye on the bottom line.

Jean is a volunteer at Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region and is a member of Charlotte Habitat for Humanity Young Professionals. He likes to build homes and give back to the community. Jean is also a volunteer at his local fire fighter station, North Cove Volunteer Fire Fighters.
