Jed Mandel joined SRS in 2017 and focuses on multi-tenant and single-tenant investment sales in Texas. A ten-year veteran in the industry, Jed joined SRS from EDGE Realty Partners and EDGE Capital Markets in Houston. He has completed over 320 transactions worth in excess of $300M in the past seven years and was an integral part of a team that closed more than $788M in retail property sales throughout the Houston market since 2012. Jed also has expertise in landlord representation, allowing him to offer a value-add, consultative platform to clients who desire to not only buy or sell, but to develop and lease properties.
