Jennifer Lehr, CCIM joined Colliers International Las Vegas in 2019 as a Senior Associate to expand on her investment analysis and sales experience. Prior to joining Colliers, she was an Associate at another local firm where she specialized in sales and leasing of retail properties. Throughout her career, in the Las Vegas Valley, she has been an integral part of various teams that have closed over $400 million worth of commercial real estate transactions.

Ms. Lehr has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience with an emphasis on leasing and investment office and medical office properties. Her background includes sales and leasing of office, retail, industrial, land and multi-family properties along with property management as well.

Some of the notable clients that Jennifer has represented include Stable Development, Department of Veteran Affairs, LNR Partners, BKM Capital Partners and Diamondback Land Surveying.

Jennifer currently holds a Nevada Broker Salesperson license.
