Graduated from University of Nebraska – Lincoln in 1997. Moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 2000 and began my real estate career that year. First short sale was completed successfully in August, 2007. Since then, have successfully negotiated 450+ short sales. Obtained Broker license in 2008. Currently self-employed Broker in Arizona and Broker/Owner DVG Realty in Nebraska. Certified Distressed Property Expert designation in 2012.
