Jerry Hopkins joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2017 as a senior managing director with the National Net Lease Practice Group. Mr. Hopkins and fellow net-lease specialists Ken Hedrick and Andrew Ragsdale work together to help lead the practice group. A top producer nationally, Mr. Hopkins brings to NKF nearly 12 years of expertise in retail, office and industrial single-tenant deals.

Prior to Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Hopkins was a senior director at the Stan Johnson Company, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-based commercial real estate investment firm. Prior to his tenure at SJC, Mr. Hopkins served in several sales positions at IBM, where he called on Fortune 500 clients in the financial services and distribution sectors.

For the past 12 years, Mr. Hopkins has focused on logistics leased properties. He has sold an industry-leading 60 FedEx properties totaling more than $500 million in sales. He has also worked on several high-profile and complex tax-deferred 1031 exchange deals valued in excess of $250 million. In conjunction with his partners, Ken Hedrick and Andrew Ragsdale, Mr. Hopkins has successfully closed approximately 280 transactions worth nearly $2.25 billion in volume.

Mr. Hopkins's success has earned him the recognition of his peers. He was named a Top Producer in six of his last seven years at the Stan Johnson Company.

Mr. Hopkins is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a licensed real estate broker in Oklahoma and Iowa.

Mr. Hopkins holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in management from the University of Oklahoma.
