Mr. Conrad is a commercial real estate Associate Broker located in the Buckhead Atlanta Office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties in the Commercial Division. With over thirty years experience, Jim is experienced in a variety of commercial real estate transactions including leasing and sales.
With a career start as a space planner/architect, he has an insight which gives his clients the benefit of understanding space layout and use analysis and has the ability to envision retrofit of existing build out that may not be obvious to others. This skill, joined with experience of having negotiated transactions from both the user and owner sides, allows him to help his clients identify options and quickly negotiate the best value for their commercial space needs. He is a recipient of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors' Phoenix Award and a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club. He is also a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
