Jim is a licensed Broker by CA DRE, a CPA (inactive) and a licensed General Contractor (inactive). Jim serves as Vice Chair of a community bank and is a Trustee of a trust which distributes in excess of $4,000,000 annually towards college scholarships. He has been involved with the sale, development and financing of properties over the past 40 years including single family home subdivisions, commercial and multifamily.
