Jim is an Associate Broker with a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate and Land Use Economics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
As a broker, his primary focus has been in the sale and acquisition of multi-family apartment buildings. He has also represented both owners and buyers for office and retail properties and as a leasing agent for both owners and tenants. In 2020, Jim achieved the CCIM designation which is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying experience. The curriculum addresses financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis, the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, and investment analysis.
Jim brings a strong management background from both the retail and property management fields. Working as a third party manager for retail, office and multi-family, gives Jim a long term view of the real estate asset, beyond the initial sales transaction. With a keen focus on market and financial analysis, Jim has assisted his investors with finding opportunities both on and off the open market.
