Experience
Before I became a field artillery officer I purchased two commercial properties using my negotiation skills and creative financing. After returning to Kansas from deployment I became a political consultant and learned the art of negotiations. As a client representative, I use my previous buying experience, military training, and negotiation skills to carry a transaction from start to finish. I am a commissioner on the Gardner Planning Commission. As a commissioner I have gained valuable insight as to how a city views commercial property and the thought processes of city codes, development codes, and the planning process. Combined with my former political experience I can help clients understand and navigate the process from land acquisition to zoning approval.
I believe it is my responsibility to serve the community and bring as much value as I can to assist growth in the area. Above all else I believe my integrity is the most important character trait when conducting business and negotiating deals. In order to handle a successful transaction and create long term business partnerships you have to serve your clients ethically with your client’s goals as the most important target.
