He specializes in buyer and tenant representation, investment sales, land sales and acquisition and office and retail sales and leasing. Joe’s approach to real estate is centered on forming long lasting partnerships with clients in order to achieve their real estate goals.

Joe has ten years of experience working in Real Estate Appraisals and Sales in the Central Ohio Market. This experience gives Joe added analytical value when working with sales and leasing.

Joe has worked in the acquisition of redevelopment targets, land acquisition, investments and in office and retail leasing, acquisition and disposition.
